Utility scale large ground mounted solar projects form a significant portfolio of Prime Renewables. Developed under the flagship company Prime Power Limited, these projects combined capacity is 73MW. The projects are being developed under Build Own Operate ( BOO) Model as per provision of Electiricty Act of Nepal. Over the license period of 25 years, these projects provide a sustained revenue stream to the group.

3MW Dhalkebar Solar Power Project
The Project was commissioned in April 2022 and in successful operation ever since. The revenue generation has been good and returns to investors are increasing. The Project is being developed by Sagarmatha Energy and Construction P Ltd
5MW Dhalkebar Solar Power Project
Located at Dhalkebar in Dhanusha District, Nepal, this project used unique 4P solar array and latest 720wp TOPCON PV modules for clean solar power generation. The Project is commissioned in 2025 and has been developed by Green Infrastructure P Ltd
8MW Duhabi Solar Power Project
Located at Budhiganga Rural Municipality in Sunsari District, Nepal, the project is north of the Morang-Sunsari Irrigation Canal. The Project was commissioned in 2025 and has been developed by Global Energy and Construction P Ltd.
10MW Lamahi Solar Power Project
Located in Lamahi Municipality, Dang District, the project overlooks the Rapti river on its south along the eas west highway. The project is to be commissioned by end 2025 and has been developed by Prime Power Limited
30MW Kapilvastu Solar Power Project
This is currently the larest solar power project to be developed in Nepal at one single location. Located in Shivraj Municipality, Kapilvastu District, the projects spans over 45 bigahas of freehold land. The project is to be commissioned in end 2025 by Prime Power Limited
20MW Loharpatti Solar Power Project
Located in Loharpatti, Bhanga municipality, Mahottari District, this project is promoted by Prime Solar Limited.
