As we take significant strides towards Powering the Green Future, it gives me immense pleasure to share that we are now the leading renewable energy company in Nepal. While we contribute in our way to the global mission of mitigating impacts of climate change, our business objective is noble and future oriented. I recall what UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres remarked- “Now is the moment of truth for climate action”. We have what we need to save ourselves.
Renewable energy is the savior for mankind in future we build. What better than to be party with this truth. Every project we undertake contributes to this cause and drives our passion. Our journey started with hydropower and has transitioned into solar in recent past. We are now the largest player in Nepal across all facets of Solar Power Generation in Utility, C&I and Residential segments.

We have embraced new technologies in Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), Green hydrogen and power trading ventures. We continent to learn and grow our business in most innovative and aggressive manner. This year we commissioned three ground mounted projects totaling 23 MW and could gather an order book of 40 roof top C&I projects. Our achievements include the first Industrial BESS project and pilot green hydrogen project. Moreover, we are at verge of concluding carbon trading deal for a leading industry.

I am further excited to lead Energy Development Council at Confederation of Nepalese Industry for 2025-2027 term and Independent Power Producers Association Nepal. I can see happy faces of our daring industrialist reaping benefit of roof top installation, a smiling house lady seeing our green home with our solar installation and off course NEA transiting to solar generation.

Over the years, we have been able to develop a very strong team from senior most people to the young electrical engineers just coming out from the university and getting into this rewarding clean energy sector. As we move forward, we expect to list our entity Prime Power Limited in Nepalese stock exchange very shortly and expand our horizons. I am thankful to our partners HUAWEI TECHNOLOGIES, TONGWEI (TW) Solar, Manikaran Power India, NEPEX and others stakeholder for helping us reaching up to this level.
